In 2017 YA Zambia started with ICT training on the BUSA premises in Bauleni, at the edge of Lusaka. Training has now moved to Global Platform Zambia, Great East Road, where the next round will take place from September 2017.

Each young person taking the course will be granted an International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) profile and will complete the four base modules and tests. ICDL is a qualification which will give these youth internationally recognised skills in computer essentials, online essentials, word processing and spreadsheets. As part of the Young Africa Integral Youth Empowerment Programme they will also receive Life Skills and Entrepreneurship Education.

Duration: 3 months

Hours per week: 12 hours. 
Classes are every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10.00 - 14.00 or 12.30 – 16.30.

Certificate: International Computer Drivers Licence (ICDL, international accredited).
