Young Africa needs pioneers. Energetic couples who are part of realising our ambition to educate half a million young people in skills for employability and entrepreneurship by 2025 in 10 countries in Southern Africa. You could be the ones setting up a Young Africa centre in Swaziland, in Lesotho, Angola or roll out a new-style industry-attached skills training programme in South Africa.
We do not offer you a comfortable, salaried, job. You commit yourself for years – from start-up to hand-over to local management of a YA centre. You will raise funds for your own income and for project funds. Young Africa contributes a humble seed capital. We screen you and, if selected, we train you thoroughly. You would be part of the confederation Young Africa and the vibrant YA family.
If we decide to work together, we do guarantee you the satisfaction of a lifetime!
