• Partners for impact

At Young Africa, we believe that lasting change is achieved by sharing proven solutions. For over 26 years, we’ve pioneered sustainable, impactful youth empowerment models that have transformed the lives of over 320,000 economically, socially, and educationally disadvantaged young people across Sub-Saharan Africa. Our Franchise Business Model—recognised as a best practice by UNEVOC-UNESCO (2017 & 2023)—alongside our Mobile Training Units and holistic youth development approach, provides unparalleled support to youth and organisations dedicated to youth empowerment.

By joining our Youth Empowerment Network, like-minded organisations gain access to strategies that uplift young people, equip them with essential skills, and promote sustainable development within their communities. Together, we can expand opportunities and build a brighter future for youth everywhere.

Let’s work together to make it happen.
