YA at the Opportunities in Africa Summit 2024 (NYC)

Dorien Beurskens, our CEO, was invited to speak at the Opportunities in Africa Summit on 26 and 27 September. The summit was a side event of the UN General Assembly 2024, bringing together investors, businesses, and international organisations to transform Africa’s potential into real growth. It is an annual event organised with the theme focusing on ‘Opening Access to Capital, the Wall Street Way.’

This year’s edition highlighted key African countries and aimed to attract $1 billion in investment opportunities between Africa and the US. It was an exciting event, full of networking and the creation of new partnerships.
