Youth Employability Booster
Transforming the lives of Nigeria’s youth.
The Youth Employability Booster initiative tackles youth unemployment in Nigeria by delivering innovative vocational training and entrepreneurial support.
Transformative community impact
Nigeria, home to over 200 million people, has one of the world’s largest youth populations, positioning youth empowerment through education and training as a critical priority for socio-economic advancement. In strong partnership with the Mastercard Foundation the Youth Employability Booster program addresses this imperative with a series of Young Africa innovative models such as the UNESCO-UNEVOC endorsed Franchise Business Model. By equipping young people with market relevant skills and fostering entrepreneurial capacity the program drives self-reliance and economic resilience while its tailored support for female led enterprise enterprises and advanced vocational training models strengthens employment outcomes, ensuring sustainable and transformative community impact.
